Currently serving as a Consultant at Strachan Elevator Consulting & Services, Frank works closely with building owners and managers to develop customized strategies for elevator systems, from due diligence surveys to modernization projects, ensuring compliance with industry and code standards.Throughout a distinguished career, Frank has held senior roles such as Executive Vice President of Modernization at 3 Phase Elevator, where he significantly contributed to the company's modernization growth in revenue. Frank played an essential role in leading modernization initiatives ,integrating acquisitions, and optimizing business processes across various functions. Prior to that, Frank served as Chief Operating Officer and VP of Operations at 3 Phase Elevator, helping to scale the company from $18M to $100M in revenue.
